Airfra
Connecting field reporting with the information managers need.
Airfra, formerly Eiffels, connects everyday team communication with business records. My work began in construction: reporting through WhatsApp and reviewing that information in a dashboard.

Two working contexts. One connected experience.
Field workers report while moving between tasks. Managers need information they can review and act on. The design task was to connect these needs without moving field reporting out of a familiar communication tool.
In the field
Report without leaving the task.
- Need
- A quick way to share an update from a phone.
- Design focus
- Short, guided reporting interactions in WhatsApp.
In the office
Understand what needs attention.
- Need
- A clear way to review information coming from the field.
- Design focus
- Dashboard structure and consistent descriptions of the work.
From communication to a usable record.
This public demonstration shows how an update in WhatsApp becomes a structured record and reaches the systems a team uses. It illustrates the product concept, not a private client workflow.
Where I contributed to the experience.
A high-level account of the work, without internal flows, research records or client-specific details.
Context → interaction
Start with the working environment.
Site visits, interviews with workers and managers, and moderated usability sessions informed the work. Phone use, language and the surroundings shaped the emphasis on short, guided interactions.
Field research · Conversational UX
Reporting → review
Design both sides of the same task.
I worked on the field-facing conversation and the manager-facing dashboard. The two surfaces serve different tasks, but need to describe the same work consistently.

Design → implementation
Give the team a shared language.
I contributed reusable components, states and interaction guidelines, working with the product and engineering team on implementation.
Design system · Team collaboration
Part of a wider product effort.
The team reworked the reporting experience and connected it with the dashboard. My contribution covered the field-facing interactions, dashboard UX/UI and shared design system. The product continues under the Airfra name.
